A training programme without a home
VoicePrint’s diagnostic tools are used by leading organisations worldwide, including FTSE 100 companies, government bodies and charities. Delivering training to match that reputation meant the learning experience needed to feel as considered as the product itself.
The problem was a familiar one. Course content authored in Articulate Rise looks excellent and is quick to update, but on its own it sits outside any real learning system. No proper course structure, no user management, and no dependable record of who had completed what. The content was good but the infrastructure around it wasn’t there.
A platform VoicePrint owns and controls
Rather than pointing VoicePrint towards an off-the-shelf SaaS platform with per-seat fees and vendor lock-in, we built them something they own outright.
The platform runs on WordPress, which means the team can manage pages, news and course listings through a CMS they already understand. LearnDash sits on top of it, turning that foundation into a full learning management system: structured courses and lessons, enforced progression, user enrolment, certificates on completion, and a proper reporting layer so VoicePrint always knows where their learners are.
Articulate Rise stays as the content engine. The lessons remain responsive, modern and quick for the VoicePrint team to keep up to date, displayed through custom-built course pages that integrate seamlessly with the platform. xAPI tracking connects Rise content to the LRS, so completion data flows reliably into the system without manual intervention.
An AI chatbot gives trainees a resource to interact with as they work through the material, adding a layer of support that a static course alone cannot provide.
The result is a training programme that looks professional, runs cleanly, and gives VoicePrint full control over their content, their learners and their data.
