We started Consider because we believed there was a better way to do this. Smaller, more considered, more honest about what good digital work actually looks like and what it takes to deliver it.

Who we are

Consider Digital is a specialist web and search agency based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. We work with established, mid-sized businesses who treat their website and digital presence as long-term strategic assets rather than something to be ticked off a list and forgotten about.

We are deliberately not a generalist agency. We do not try to be everything to everyone. We focus on websites, search visibility, and sustainable digital practice, and we work on those things with the kind of depth and continuity that most larger agencies can't offer and most smaller ones don't think about.

We are a distributed team, with people working from Harpenden, Bedfordshire, Brighton, Surrey, and Kent. We believe in finding the right people for each role rather than the most local, and we work together in person when it matters. The team is small by design. That keeps us focused, honest, and genuinely invested in the businesses we work with.

    Louise has worked in SEO since 2016 following 20 years in B2B Marcom roles. She offers honest recommendations from a technical, infrastructural, content and backlink/mention perspective based on competitor insights, her in-built SEO expertise as well as her broad Marketing background.

How we work

Working with Consider is different from working with most agencies. Here is what that actually means in practice.

We start with your business, not your brief. Before we touch anything, we need to understand what you are trying to achieve, who you are trying to reach, and what success looks like for you. That conversation shapes everything that follows. A brief tells us what someone thinks they need. Understanding the business tells us what will actually work.

We work alongside you, not just for you. We are not a production resource. We are a thinking partner. That means we will challenge assumptions, push back on ideas that won't work, and tell you what we actually think rather than what is easiest to say. We expect the same honesty in return.

We tell you the truth about timelines and results. SEO takes time. Websites take time to perform. We will never promise outcomes we cannot deliver or timelines we cannot meet. What we will do is be consistently clear about what is realistic, what is working, and what needs to change.

We stay involved. We do not build things and disappear. The most valuable work we do is often in the months and years after a website launches, when the strategy is being refined, the content is developing, and the relationship has matured enough for us to be genuinely useful. We are at our best as a long-term partner.
