Rootd Adventure came to us as a brand-new business, but one with extensive experience running outstanding School trips in the great outdoors. Rootd needed a website that could make an impact in a competitive marketplace. The ‘Rootd’ difference is the most important thing to convey to potential clients. The balance we needed to strike was building a site that is different to the standard offerings in the space but outperforms them for user experience and search.

What we did
The site we delivered explains quickly why Rootd trips are a step change in quality from most of the market. It conveys the uniqueness of the Rootd brand, and their commitment to their mission. Yet it also outperforms the market leading sites technically. This attention to structure and technical detail proves vital for the site to gain a foothold in search traffic as quickly as possible. As always we focused on a balance of performance, accessibility and SEO foundations. The site uses the popular WordPress CMS with integration to Rootd Adventure’s chosen CRM system.
The results
Already the website is having an impact. It’s attracted targeted traffic from launch. The solid technical foundation has allowed the site to rank in the first page for a number of valuable keyphrases within a month of launch. Visitors started converting into customers very early in the website’s life and this really is just the start.
