Technology that was getting in the way

Fullers Family Law are one of the UK’s leading specialist family law firms.

When they came to us, their website had become a genuine obstacle. It sat on an outdated content management system that tied them to a limited pool of developers, meaning even small changes were slow and costly. The design had dated and the information architecture had grown confusing.

For a firm of their calibre, working with clients who are often navigating some of the most difficult periods of their lives, the website needed to do considerably better.

A fresh approach, built on existing strengths

We proposed a full simplification and modernisation, approaching the site as a whole rather than patching existing problems.

The new site is built on WordPress, and rather than a full rebrand, we worked with Fullers’ existing assets, retaining their logo, developing their colour palette, creating sub-palettes, and refining the typography with both performance and conversion in mind.

The result is a site that feels fresh and purposeful, and that reflects the compassionate approach Fullers bring to their clients.

Ongoing work

The work doesn’t stop at launch. We are now running a continuous programme of content development and optimisation with Fullers, benchmarking performance and building out content in partnership with their team.

The goal is straightforward: to make it the strongest website in their sector. That work extends to their search presence across both traditional and AI search.
